HubPages is a free site you can post content on to start building your online presence. They have easy to use layouts and offer modules you can use to give your pages interaction, such as polls, tables, and star ratings. There of course, are also cons to putting content on HubPages that you should know about so you know what you are signing up for.
WordPress has a free simple platform to build your web presence on, but offers plug-ins you can buy to make your website or blog exactly how you want. You can share videos, writing, and more on this website hosting platform. Many food bloggers use WordPress or the next platform I'm about to mention.
Blogger is a free writing and vlogging platform offered by Google. They have free templates to use to design your blog, and there are several to choose from.
